Mikazuki Munechika ( Touken Ranbu )

"My name is Mikazuki Munechika. Of the Tenga Goken, it goes without saying that I am the most beautiful. I was born at the end of the 11th century. I suppose that would make an old man. Hahaha."

A Tachi forged in the Heian Period by Sanjo Munechika. Of the Tenga Goken series (the five famous swords of Japan), it was considered the most beautiful. As a touken danshi, Mikazuki's appearance as a Heian nobleman is one of elegance. His scabbard may be big, but he's infamous for doing things at his own pace.
